Job Summary

We are looking for candidates who can create, manage and effectively nurture a team. You will be responsible for managing sales and operations of your team on a day-to-day basis. You should be able to proactively assign productive tasks and set goals to guide your team to generate revenue for the company.

Team Lead Responsibilities

  • Managing a team with respect to Sales, Operations, and Accounting.
  • Liaising with other teams to come up with effective strategies for all matters relating to Sales, Operations.
  • Brainstorm with team members and other teams to develop new ideas to drive further growth.
  • Interact with clients daily and provide effective solutions for all their queries.
  • Analyse revenue on a quarterly basis and chart out plans to tackle impediments.

Team Lead Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law or Business from a reputed university.
  • Experience in business law is a big plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member to lead a team of young associates
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be a problem-solver
