The displayed price and currency selected by you will be the same price and currency charged to the Card and printed on the Transaction Receipt.

Digilabs LLP accepts payment by Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in Rupee for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review the respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
The merchant takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, www.digilabs.co.in cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.
6. Interpretation

19. Accounting Services
These General Terms and Conditions shall be applicable with respect to the accounting services offered by Digilabs LLP as “Company” to Clients (hereinafter referred to as “Clients”) on the basis of the contract or quote concerned in which reference was made to these terms and conditions.
20. Obligations of the Client
Provide the company with all necessary and requested access to Client’s books, codes of practice, records, information systems and facilities such that the Company may render the Services. Ensure that sufficient information, instructions and documents are given in due time to enable the required Services to be performed. Procure all necessary access for the Company's representatives to the premises where the Services are to be performed and take all necessary steps to eliminate or remedy any obstacles to, or interruptions in, the performance of the Services. Comply with the Company’s requests to conduct interviews, meetings or discussions with the Client’s Related Third Party, employees and agents on any matters relating to the Services. Supply, if required, any special equipment and personnel necessary for the performance of the Services. Ensure that all necessary measures are taken for safety and security of working conditions, sites, and installations during the performance of the Services.
21. Limitation of Liability
The Company undertakes to exercise due care and skill in the performance of the Services and accepts responsibility only in cases of proven negligence. Nothing in these Conditions shall exclude or limit the Company’s liability to the Client for death or personal injury or for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other matter resulting from the Company’s negligence for which it would be illegal to exclude or limit its liability. The Company shall not be liable for any delayed, partial or total non-performance of the Services arising directly or indirectly from any event outside the Company’s control including failure by Clients to comply with any of its obligations hereunder. The Company shall have no liability for any loss, damage or expense arising from (i) a failure by Client to comply with any of its obligations herein (ii) any actions taken or not taken on the basis of the Reports and (iii) any incorrect results, Reports arising from unclear, incomplete, misleading or false information provided to us. The Company shall have no liability for any incorrect reports of results arising from unclear, incomplete and false information provided to us.
